Deadline

For the FY24 AOH assessment (based on FY23 revenues) and for Billable invoices, the Journal Entry will not be applied to the system until the review process deadline has concluded. The review process for Administrative Overhead amount will occur from August 1, 2023 to September 1, 2023. Review requests must be received by the Budget Office no later than August 31, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Please send those requests to budgetoffice@ku.edu.

All requests for review must provide all necessary information to research said request by the deadline.
