Biography —
- Support departmental users of PBCS Planning, Management and OAC Financial Reporting
- Assist with preparation of University’s Annual Budget Request (ABR)
- Collect and verify data from the departments in the preparation of the annual operating budget
- Create Oracle Analytics Cloud analyses and/or write SAS programs for advanced analytics in response to ad hoc requests or for process improvements
- Process Financials in the Cloud Budget Transfers
- Manage Cost Center hierarchy requests
- Application Trainer
- Reviews PBCS Management security
- Calculate, determine, and process annual carryforward entries
- Provide budget data to Analytics, Institutional Research & Effectiveness
- Database manager
- Budget liaison to: Student Affairs, Office of the Chief Strategy with Data Officer, Academic Affairs, School of Engineering, School of Music, Operations and Human Resources
